Request account deletion
DeedAgent supports self-serve account deletion as required by Google Play and the Apple App Store. Submit the form with the email tied to your account.
What we delete: your identity record, saved-deal references, notes, queued mobile mutations, and registered push devices.
What may remain: tenant-owned underwriting artifacts retained under your organization's agreement.
Retention period: verified requests are processed within 30 days; residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 90 days. Records we are legally required to keep are retained only as long as the law requires.
