DeedAgent provides software tools to research probate-related real-estate opportunities using public records and evidence-gated underwriting. Outputs support your diligence; they are not legal, tax, or investment advice.
Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Organization administrators may manage seats and entitlements for their tenant.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape in violation of third-party terms, or use outputs to harass individuals. Public court and assessor data must be used in compliance with applicable law and our trust guidelines.
Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as we improve the product.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeedAgent is provided as-is. We are not liable for investment decisions you make using the product.
