Our pipelines draw on public court dockets and county assessor records. We do not resell paywalled lists, and we do not provide skip-trace or guaranteed contact accuracy.
Every figure in the workspace — ARV, preliminary max offer, risk posture — carries a traceable source. You can see which record, comp, or gate produced each output.
No-match and blocked cases are not hidden. Keeping them in view is a feature: it stops your team from chasing bad comps and shows the true shape of the pipeline.
Exports are written for sellers and partners, not as internal model traces. Outputs avoid overclaiming and stay within compliant, factual framing.
Account sessions are stored in httpOnly cookies, never exposed to client-side scripts. Workspace data is scoped per organization with metered, plan-based entitlements.
