Who we are
DeedAgent AI (deedagent.ai) provides evidence-backed probate deal intelligence for real-estate investors and acquisition teams. This policy covers our website, web workspace, and the DeedAgent buyer mobile app.
Data we collect
Account data (email, name, organization/tenant ID), deal interactions you save in the product (flags, notes, questions), device push tokens when you enable decision alerts, and app usage analytics and crash diagnostics (via Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics) to understand how the app is used and keep it reliable. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
How we use data
To authenticate you, scope deals to your organization, deliver underwriting and agent outputs you request, send decision-event notifications you opt into, and improve reliability. Tenant-owned underwriting artifacts may be retained per your organization's data agreement.
Data sharing
We do not share personal data with data brokers or ad networks. Infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, identity, notifications) process data on our behalf under contract. We may disclose data when required by law.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Mobile session tokens are stored in the device secure enclave/keychain. Access to production systems is restricted and audited.
Connected assistants
If you connect an assistant, it receives only the fields needed to answer that request: counties your organization can open, and deals in that queue with their sources. The assistant stores the connection credential in its own credential store. DeedAgent does not keep a copy of that credential and does not sell that data. Disconnecting the assistant revokes the token: the assistant deletes the credential it stored, DeedAgent does not issue a replacement without a new approval, and any issued token expires within one hour and cannot be refreshed.
Your choices
You can disable push notifications in the mobile app, sign out to clear the local session, and request account deletion at any time.
Retention & deletion
When you request deletion we remove your identity record, saved-deal references, notes, queued mutations, and registered device/push tokens associated with your account. Some tenant-scoped artifacts may be retained where required for the organization's compliance obligations.
Children
DeedAgent is a business product not directed at children under 13.
